ft888 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and ft888 ("we", "us", "the Company"), the operator of the ft888.bio platform. Each eligible individual may register only one account with ft888. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, ft888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled bets or bonuses linked to those accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account, including your real name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ft888 reserves the right to void all outstanding bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold any real-money balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any withheld real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting ft888 support, and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ft888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where ft888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ft888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ft888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally cause temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. ft888 shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of platform downtime, delayed bet settlement, or technical errors, provided that ft888 takes reasonable steps to restore service in a timely manner.

All content available on ft888.bio — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of ft888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the ft888 platform or its content without the express written permission of ft888. Unauthorised use of ft888 intellectual property may result in legal action.

ft888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ft888 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, or by posting a notice on ft888.bio, prior to the changes taking effect. The date shown in the "Last updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the ft888 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes made to these Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact ft888 support to close your account. ft888 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version in effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ft888's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the ft888 platform must be submitted to ft888 support in the first instance, in writing, within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. ft888 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with ft888 support, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant jurisdiction.
